What does warranty cover?

Our life-time warranty includes discoloration in gold or silver, free cleanings, and free re-engravings. Our warranty does not cover repairs or re-sizings. We, M&L JEWELRY are not liable for any damage done on jewelry upon delivery. 

 

What is our Return Policy?

All sales are FINAL. However, we do allow EXCHANGES within 14 days of purchase if the item is in its original condition.

 

How long does shipping take?

Once you've placed an order with us it may take 1-2 business days to process if not done the day of. Once the order has been processed you will receive a tracking number through email with all information needed. If for some reason it takes longer we will contact you directly.

What is hollow Gold?

Hollow simply means there is an empty space inside. Jewelry of any kind can be made hollow. In most cases it is done to reduce the amount of gold needed. The less gold that is used - the less expensive it will be. 

 

What is Semi Hollow Gold

semi-hollow gold - it is a type of jewelry that is composed of solid gold but it has a hollow center. It has the exact same color, luster, shine and feel of solid 14K gold but it isn't as thick or heavy.
